It doesn't work with regular phone cases. You need to remove your phone case for it to work. I don't even have a thick phone case. Most of these wireless chargers should work on phones that have cases of 3mm thickness, but this one does not. It would be helpful to include this information (must remove phone case to charge device) in the description.
